REFLEXOLOGY:
Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that works on our body's meridian lines, of which there are ten. These run from the tips of the toes through to the top of the head.
By applying pressure to certain minute points of the feet this corresponds to each part of the body. Stimulation of reflexes can help release toxins, improve circulation and help the body with its own healing process.
Reflexology can help ease out many stress-related illnesses such as insomnia, migraines, lack of concentration, low energy levels, stomach problems and many more.
A noticeable effect can be detected after the first treatment, but results are more apparent after three or four sessions. A course of six - ten treatments is highly recommended to help prevent a recurrence of a disorder and to help regain and retain the body's own natural balance.
